Resolving Structures and Dynamics

“Structures are fed by participation. You need to be able to identify their dynamics in order to dismantle them.

When we’re put in groups and a dynamic plays out, if you react to it, you become locked into the structure being created by the dynamic. This dynamic can’t lock you in unless a part of you is playing, even if you’re innocent. Judgement and condemnation only makes the connection stronger.

Go into Discernment, rather than judgement. When you’re innocent but locked in, the easiest way to dissolve a structure/dynamic is to identify in you how it’s being reflected and then resolve it in you. Say this:“That which I resolve in myself will be resolved in others too.” This liberates the charge of the dynamic and starts to break it up, making space for you and everyone involved.

Sometimes it takes the spoken word to break things up. Our challenge is about expressing ourselves with Self-Authority but from a non-destructive and non-harmful place. How are you going to express yourself in the world?”
