Medicine Wheel Of Life, Genetic Food Reactions
This is a brief explanation about foods, genetic memory, thought-forms collective and individual, passed on from ancient time: Again, a short brief on the subject. Enough to get you thinking.
You do the rest: investigate, pray, meditate, etc. This is about genetics and how the food
we eat today reacts in our system.
Example, Corn:
For those of Mexican, Mayan, Inca, etc, heritage: Only the royal couples, Ladies and Lords, ate the best and most of the foods, so when the peasants (the workers) then received their share it was a small amount and sparse! Let us take corn for example. When the tribe got corn, they ate as much as they could, gorged so to speak: it might have only been once a season. Their bodies held onto it: there was the worry of starvation and survival. (Associated thought-forms lending themselves to us today). When their descendants eat corn now, the physical body still reacts in the same way. (This also applies to corn syrup, not just corn itself, and other general products of the time.)
This “holding onto it” causes major issues, including obesity.
Another instance: Caucasians of European heritage, (especially the Irish) have the same genetic reaction to what was withheld in Ireland (potatoes) because of the potato famine.
African American heritage, those who were slaves would have the same genetic reaction to what they ate during slavery, or did not, as the case may be.
Our genetics carry the memories (and collective and individual thoughts from ancient time)
of whatever our ancestors consumed and the physical, emotional, physiological and psychological experiences they had have an impact that is ongoing.
Today’s world example: Let us look at sugar. If, during one 24 hour period, ½ cup of sugar has been consumed, and only ¼ cup has been “burned up”, through daily living or exercise, and the next day,
½ cup is consumed again, even if part of it is burned, (what we have left combining with before)
we have 2 days excess (buildup) times 365 days a year. You do the math!
The excess goes right into the blood, effecting blood, organs, nervous system, cells, etc.
The Glucose Index needs to be studied and understood.
When we tell ourselves we are fat, we are seeding into our cells that very condition: the images of being fat, etc. (This is also true of disease. I say I have _____, and then identify myself with that illness, the images of disease, the pain of it, plus whatever collective thought-forms exist to support it. ) We can say instead “I am resolving a specific issue” rather than “I have ______.” Language is either our friend or not; it is up to us to use it consciously and thoughtfully.
Resolving our genetic issues with cellular memory must be done by rewording and (conscious) understanding of health; clear and release can then be experienced on all levels.
One more aspect – Many Tribal Indigenous Ancestors of all nations ate different foods, and when hunting, all of the hunted was utilized, including the glands of the animal body and usually the major organs. We see today, the body is out of balance. It is from not eating glands, organs, etc. Addressing all aspects of food, nutrition, health, exercise plus genetics will create a balance point within.
