What Not to Bring

The entire purpose of Gnosis is to simply BE and observe the God in you with Jozef’s assistance. The Focus: “God is in the Breath” and so it is best to leave the following distractions we use on a daily basis at home.

It is Highly Recommended that you NOT bring with you any of the following items:

  • Any Technology – computers, tablets, music, speakers etc
  • No art materials
  • No reading or writing or note-taking materials
  • No meat snacks but high protein is needed
  • There is no Foot soaking or Tool use, so no need to bring supplies
  • Any of your OJ Light Tools

Before you start to pack, check out the local weather for your stay.
