Soaking Recommendations

in Immersion 2017
Jozef recommends soaking twice a day during Immersion 9: A Bridge. Over Troubled Waters.

BRING A NATURAL BRISTLE BODY BRUSH FOR DRY BRUSHING.  Dry brushing information can be found online by clicking here.

  1. Soak alone – one person to each soaking tub.
  2. For best results, soaking for a minimum of 20 mins (up to 1 hour) is recommended.
  3. When done, run hot spring water and douse your body from head to toe 3 times.
  4. Cover your head with a light covered towel, scarf, etc. after soaking.

Keep Hydrated before, during and after soaking. To optimize hydration and replenish electrolytes, the following supplements are suggested:

  • Organic Coconut water and/or
  • Ultima Replenisher
  • BLK Mineral Water

Rest after your soak for twice as long as you soaked, e.g. if you soak for 20 minutes, rest for 40 minutes.

 

Please Note: Due to high temperatures, full body hot spring soaking is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or diabetes.  Alternative: Soak your feet in the hot spring mineral waters for 20-25 minutes.
