Soaking Recommendations

BRING A NATURAL BRISTLE BODY BRUSH FOR DRY BRUSHING. Dry brushing information can be found online by clicking here.
- Soak alone – one person to each soaking tub.
- For best results, soaking for a minimum of 20 mins (up to 1 hour) is recommended.
- When done, run hot spring water and douse your body from head to toe 3 times.
- Cover your head with a light covered towel, scarf, etc. after soaking.
Keep Hydrated before, during and after soaking. To optimize hydration and replenish electrolytes, the following supplements are suggested:
- Organic Coconut water and/or
- Ultima Replenisher
- BLK Mineral Water
Rest after your soak for twice as long as you soaked, e.g. if you soak for 20 minutes, rest for 40 minutes.
Please Note: Due to high temperatures, full body hot spring soaking is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or diabetes. Alternative: Soak your feet in the hot spring mineral waters for 20-25 minutes.
