Prayer for Sustenance
We ask the Light of the Trinity to shine upon our food, blessing it so the nutrients
may return to ALL we eat and drink.
We ask that Your Blessing and this food nurture, sustain, and heal us so
we may better serve You on all levels.
We also thank Mother Earth and ALL involved in the Making. May ALL receive
the benefits of this good work
