Gates Meditation

CENTERING
Begin by centering yourself with the breath. Always remember, we breathe in through the nose and you may exhale through the mouth or nose. Lets inhale to the count of 4 and exhale to the count of 8. You may do this 3-5 times.
 Now lets create a safe space by visualizing a White/Silver light originating from your Thymus center, inside out, all the way around you, out to your auric field, creating an eggshell shape protection all around you.

GROUNDING
To ground yourself, sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, elbows and knees bent, hands cupped on lap and shoulders relaxed. You may also sit on the floor with your knees and elbows bent. Inhale deeply to the count of 4 through the nose, and exhale to the count of 8…. feel your physical body. Inhale to the count of 4, exhale to the count of 8, and release all tension in the physical body. Inhale to 4, exhale to 8, and now focus on bringing clarity in to all areas of your life. Now feel, sense and see all six main gates connected with a silver elastic band, all the way from the Gonads to the very top (Pituitary) , inhale 4 and exhale 8… Bring your attention to the Gonads center. Feel, sense or see yourself releasing a Platinum-silver figure 8 loop from the Gonads center down to the floor (ground) allow yourself to connect to the Living Planet, via the figure 8 loop, going deeper and deeper, connecting to the heart of Mother Earth. Feel yourself firmly connected with the pulsating heart of the Living Earth. Ask her to send nurturing, balancing energies from her heart up to you through this umbilical connection. Allow these energies to rise into your physical body, spreading from the inside out, allowing these energies to nurture and balance the physical, mental and emotional bodies (aspects) of self. Energy is always in motion. Simply ALLOW this to occur. Knowing this process will run automatically while we proceed. Inhale count of 4, exhale 8, bring your attention to the Pituitary and Pineal Gates, allowing this two center to merge, once fully merged, allow them to form one center above your head, the Crown. open, rise, and float up, over your head, up and up, like a balloon, allow it to rise at least 14 feet above your head. Feel, sense or see, the
Crown (Pituitary/Pineal) to release another Platinum-Silver figure 8 loop, rising to connect with the pulsating heart of Creative Source. This infinity loop functions as a transformer to allow the Higher, refined energies of Creative Source into your field, in a safe, effect manner. From above, please allow the energy known as Harmony to come forth into the spiritual, thinking, and feeling bodies…Allowing this energy into your Being, will bring harmony to all levels, allowing the lower bodies to harmonize with the upper bodies… you are now connected above and below.

CLEANSING
We will bring cool colors down through the head and warm/hot colors up through the feet. Bathe the Gate/Point, then release; it will dissipate on its own. Specific color is important because it soothes the Gate(s) and brings a protective aura that attracts healing energies while, at the same time repels negative ones. Begin by visualizing the color associated with the energy center to be cleansed. Inhale the color to the count of 4 and while exhaling to the count of 8, send the color moving in a clockwise direction to the specific gate. You may cleanse each center as many times as you feel is appropriate. If you are having a particular problem area or have come into contact with lower vibration energy, this would be an easy and effective method of dealing with the interaction. Remember to inhale through your nose, count of 4, and exhale through your mouth or nose, count of 8, visualizing the color spiraling clockwise as follows:

Knees energy receptor point – red
from the bottom of the feet, spiral the color clockwise in an upward motion, bathing the point

Gonads – red: from the bottom of the feet, spiral the color clockwise in an upward motion, bathing the gate

Adrenals – yellow; from the bottom of the feet, spiral the color clockwise in an upward motion, bathe the Gate

Thymus – green; brought in through the “Center of Being (inside out), spiral clockwise out, to the auric field

Thyroid – sky or ice blue; from above, down through the head, spiral color clockwise in a downward motion, bathe Gate

Pineal (Ajna) ultra violet purple
very slowly, from above, down through the head, spiral color clockwise in a downward motion, bathe Gate

Pituitary – silver white; from above, down through the head, spiral color clockwise in a downward motion, bathe Gate

Call in a Silver White Light of the Merged Crown Energy Center, allow it to move very slowly clockwise throughout the entire inside of your body. Fill every cell in your body with the Silver White Light then move the light out through your Thymus Energy Center, and expand it outward into your field, your entire Being shining like a beacon.
Respectfully, asking with your mind, for Mother Earth to please send a Red/Orange color up from her heart, spiraling clockwise around the outside of your auric body, about 3 feet from your physical body and above your head. The Red/Orange from Mother Earth will cleanse and release any attachments and emotional projections to your field. Then send the Red Orange color back to Mother Earth so She can disintegrate any negativity.

Now visualize yourself as though you were in front of a mirror. See the rainbow of colors in your auric field and visualize yourself as a living light. Next, visualize pink light coming from the universe surrounding you and creating the opportunity for you to communicate with Source. This pink creates receptivity. This would be a good time to begin your Mediation/Communion with Source.

Please remember, the shades of color are all very different for each one of us. Please choose the shade of color you wish to work with or have come to you while meditating/praying.

When activating the Gates Please note: the Solar Plexus is a Connector of the Lower and Upper Gates. It is not a true gate or Power point, if including, visualize in the following manner,The STREAM circling in and through this Connector then continuing the ASCENT
