Dissolving Illusions

in Quotes
“Practice this and get really good at it. You can only facilitate this for you, not others:

Identify something you’ve had trouble with no matter what you do. When you’re stuck in the same drama over and over again, making an adjustment in yourself will create an adjustment in the equation.

Quickly visualize that you’re on a small stage that’s three to four feet high. Put a curtain behind you and exits on both sides. You can do this while an event is happening, and with others that you’re interacting with. Then let yourself gravitate from the stage to the front and center row. There is no one else in this theater or in the seats but you. If you see someone else there, throw them out.

Sitting in the front center row is a form of observation. It’s a higher aspect of you looking at the situation. From where you’re sitting, look at what you need to shift in you and let it go. There’s no need to track and follow it. As soon as you make the change in you, others will shift too. You can pull the issue, liberate it and shift it by seeing it, recognizing it, acknowledging it and completely liberating it from you.

You’re always on a stage playing your roll. Everyone’s part is scripted. When you go off script, you take your power back. As soon as you identify the issue, it stops because you’re shifting energy from one fixed attention to another. It dissolves because it’s an illusion.”
