Ground, Source, Center Technique
1. Breathe in and say the word Ground. Feel, sense and see a column of Light a bit bigger than your body from the waist down. Send the Light down into the Earth, and bring Mother Earth Energy up through the column to the level of the waist. Exhale.
2. Breathe in and say the word Source. Feel, sense and see a column of Light a bit bigger than your body from the waist up. Send the column up and then bring the Energy of Creative Source down through the column to the level of the waist. Exhale.
3. Breathe in and say the word Center. Mix the Light from above and below at the level of the torso, filling it as you say Center. Exhale.
Do this quickly and often.
“Through me to Source” Prayer
When troubled or mentally consumed with an ~issue, ~person, place or thing~ catch yourself in thought and pray
Through me to Source.
This allows the issue ~person, place or thing~ to be connected to Source through you for its greatest healing and removes you from the issue ~person, place or thing~ at hand. If the issue ~person, place or thing~ is willing to be assisted by Source, it will be.
If not, it will fall away, causing no harm.
Crossing DE Over
After doing the above, feel, sense or see a Point of Light over your own right shoulder. See it grow larger and larger until it becomes a tunnel opening, then have it shoot out over and in front of your right shoulder. Ask all those who need to cross over ~person, place or thing~ to please go into the corridor that just opened. If they are afraid, calmly encourage them and tell them they are safe. If they have a message to give for someone, ask them to leave it with their Advisor or Guide. If the message is for you, ask them to leave it with your Advisor. Then ask the Power of Light to deliver the messages for you and for them that are appropriate to the situation. Add your thanks here. Call to the energy of Archangel Michael and His Forces/Legions of Light to cross over all ~persons, places, things~ and take them wherever God wills them to be. Express your thanks and the corridor closes. It is done. Say prayers of gratitude. There is not drama involved. It happens as fast as you say the petition, and it is done. Amen.
