


EMF Balancing
This technique balances and aligns the electromagnetic field that surrounds and permeates your
body. It is a new energy system designed to gracefully release old energy blockages, balance the flow
of energy through your body and connect you more fully to your Soul's purpose. We highly
recommend an EMF Balancing session as a follow-up to any activation, empowerment, or initiation

The following guidelines are recommended for a minimum of 3 days and optimally for forty days
following an energetic session or workshop. We understand these protocols may be challenging to
your lifestyle, however they are suggestions that will greatly enhance your evolutionary process.
Abstain from sex, including masturbation.
The energies of the body in the healing phase must not be disturbed by the physical energies of sex.
Avoid chile or spicy hot foods.
This inflames the systems and constricts energy flow.
Eat only unfertilized eggs.
When ingested, fertilized eggs interfere with the healing effects of herbs and products.
Avoid pork.
Pork is a spiritually unclean meat.
No bananas for 40 days.
The chemicals in bananas cause interference in the same way that alcohol disrupts the healing
process of the body.
Avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine.
These all send lower density vibrations to the body as well as astral energies.
Drink plenty of clean pure water.
Do not expend your energy on emotional outbursts.
Save your strength. Get extra rest so your body can integrate with ease and grace.
Use a stabilizing, cleansing meditation as often as possible.

Objectives
Jozef recommends the following protocols to ease the
transition as you adjust to holding a higher vibrational
frequency in the body:
Salt Bath
An Epsom salt/baking soda bath is calming and helps to pull toxins
from the system. Add 2 cups of Epsom salts and 1/2 cup baking soda
to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. Rinse off in the shower after
the bath to remove any lingering toxins. To soothe your body and
balance your PH levels, we recommend using 1 cup of Celtic Sea Salts.
It is beneficial to do either of these at least once a week.
Herb Stop Herbal Vitamins
Available in capsule form, containing Siberian Ginseng. Siberian
Ginseng strengthens and protects the aura. Take 4 capsules of Herbal
Vitamins a day, two in the morning and two in the afternoon (no later
than 2pm). Siberian Ginseng is a stress tonic and strengthens the
immune system.
Essential Oils
The following essential oils are used for grounding and protection:
Juniper, Sandalwood, Lavender, and Angelica. Use alone or in
combination. Apply to pressure points or on the bottom of the feet. If
the oils irritate the skin when applied directly they can be added to a
small amount of olive oil.
Bach Flower Essences
We recommend using a combination of Essential Oils, Herbs and Bach
Flower Essences which help to transmute energy and align a person
with a mental and emotional state most conducive to spiritual growth.
We especially recommend: Walnut, Clematis and Rescue Remedy.
Walnut protects the aura and helps one transition into heightened
spirituality. Clematis is helpful for grounding and centering in the
here and now. Rescue Remedy is recommended for a smoother
transition and integration process. Make sure you take these
remedies a minimum of 3 minutes apart. Place two or three drops
under the tongue three times a day for at least 2 weeks.
