Asking the Spirit World for assistance
If you do not understand, ask Spirit to help you with comprehension. "Please give me the wisdom to
understand what is happening here and now... " Say what you don't understand. Very few people do this.

Asking for protection
The only protection I advocate, that is approved by Spirit is the use of White Light. The White Light can be
used many different ways. You can fill yourself with White Light from the inside out, use it to connect above
and below and then project it out from the third eye…filling the room or another consented person with it.
This can be used when you or someone else is ill. As you utilize the White Light it will strengthen and grow,
amplifying the White of the Light. A slight color change may occur.  Follow your intuition.

Invoking the White Light
The White Light can be used on a daily basis for protection and purity.

Invoking the White Light can be done in the morning upon rising and before you go to sleep in the evening
but it is also very beneficial to employ the White Light Prayer throughout the day...specifically if you are
around difficult people or situations, in small or large groups or simply feeling like you need an extra buffer of
protection between yourself and your surroundings. As you spend time engaged with this process...doing it,
feeling it, seeing it...The White Light will become stronger and stronger and eventually will become an
automatic step in your daily routine.

Feel free to pray for others that you care for. Especially call upon the White Light to protect your loved ones,
just use their name in the following prayer. And please add any other “positive” thoughts while reciting the
following. Also, use the protective bubble whenever you travel. Place it around the car, plane, boat, etc.....
When using the White  Light on others...ask that their own White Light form within them shine brightly and
see it coming from inside them... out of their heart and third eye and completely enveloping them ...and say:
White Light Inside out...White Light Inside out...White Light Inside out (three times). You can use it in
business meetings to set a positive ambiance. Try it on your coworkers when they need a boost, or are
being negative. Use it freely, spread it around, and explode it whenever and wherever loving energy is
needed. You cannot overuse it.













Connection, Protection, and Setting up a Space
This quick process must be done once every 24 hours for maximum protection and effectiveness.  

Think about Archangels who are familiar to you; one who resonates with you each day. (Jozef recommends
always connecting to an Archangel) Petition the Trinity, asking for permission to call upon and connect to the
Archangel of your choosing…(The book, Archangels and Earth Angels is a good reference text. You may
connect to a different one each day if you prefer). Ask to be brought into harmony with the energies of that
particular Archangel, that she/he may assist you in all things throughout your day.  Say, “I connect to you ___,
so I can plug in and “get big” or something similar.....”  

Note*** Definition of “Get Big”: This means to “build mass”, to thicken your Auric field, offering protection as well as
harmonizing, balancing, expanding and strengthening of your core, thus you are able to radiate the requested
energies out from your center...  

Now petition the (W)Holy Shekinah (Spirit), asking her to please be present and to assist in setting up the
space (room/home/office/hotel room, etc;)  with you and the Archangel you have chosen.  Respectfully ask
The Wholly Shekinah to please breathe and bring fresh clean air in…. The Breath of Life into the space;
thank her for always bringing Clarity, Wisdom, Truth, Divine Love, Compassion and Understanding to all
beings, in all situations. Thank her for filling the space entirely with a Bright Healing White Light…inside and
out.  As you are speaking with her, visualize this happening in and thru out the space you have chosen.  (The
main energy you are asking for is Her White Light of Healing.)

Visualize the Archangel bringing in and setting up the Ultra Violet Purple Flame....a central flame in the
center of the main room where you are, and in every room in the building.... also ask for a flame to be placed
at each door (both inside and out) and all windows....ask that the flame (stay on at all times)
burning/transmuting all negativity that is brought in or released, etc... sense and see the Ultra Violet purple
flame filling each window, hallway, door, vents, etc (any opening) and ask that the flame remain burning and
present..... to constantly transmute all that is NOT of the highest G-d vibration (darkness, disharmony,
discord & disease etc) … sending it wherever G-d wills it to be.

Now visualize, sense, see and paint with your mind Gold and Silver completely over the floors, ceilings and
walls of the entire building (each room)… (this represents the Father-Mother aspects of the Trinity)....

Next ask your Archangel to create a Vibrational Corridor behind you, sending a beam of light over your right
Shoulder......creating a column of Light several feet in front of you....again connect to the Archangel and ask
him/her to join you in Voice and thoughts..... Address the disincarnates and ask, dialogue, example: “if there
are any disincarnate entities present please go into the Light; you have a higher self and purpose in
evolution, you are trapped in the density and confusion of Earth, you are Divinely Loved, Divinely Healed and
Divinely Forgiven......go in Peace with the Archangel....”  ...for ET’s,  you connect to Sananda, using the  
same door.....ask again to match voice-thought.... address the ET’ s......(Example dialogue) explain they are
part of a Cosmic Plan......and must get back.....“you are trapped and confused by the Earth plane’s density....
they-you have a higher purpose and higher self and bodies to enter to, and they a have place no one can
take...and a part to fulfill...go now......you are Cosmic Divinely Loved, Cosmic Divinely Forgiven and Cosmic
Divinely Healed......so go in Peace with Sananda and the Archangel.....”  Again dialogue will be a bit
different each time...add to it....converse more.....follow you intuition add more but this is the basic “elevator
speech”....

To melt Facade and Belief bodies, call on Shekinah’s energy to match you in mind and energy.....ask Her to
melt the current and out molded Facade and Belief bodies......completely, and all associated thoughts
(forms), feelings, behaviors, etc to them......to let Her melt them away, now please......then to activate the new
ones that are ready to be activated and match you for who, how and what you are today, etc. Bring them on
line now...”......feel, sense, see it.....Amen, thank you......Holy One.....again in dialogue “presentation” that will
change but you have basic outline....

Now ask your Etheric Being (Archangel) to please seal you off to everything except your Guide, the angelic
realm, your Higher Self and the highest G-d Vibration ~ Ask your Etheric Being to please seal off anyone
with whom you come in contact during this 24 hour period...  seal them off to ALL-everything but their higher
selves and highest G-d Vibration.  (verbally state each person’s name in the workspace, meeting, etc., that
works with you).

If working in a toxic work place, hospital, etc., then ask your Etheric Being of choice to please seal off
(example in hospital-clinic setting) each container of blood, tissues, organ or specimen, etc., completely so
that there are no ill effects on anyone that comes into contact with “it” directly or indirectly and that they keep
all persons, places or things in the workplace sealed off at all times so that they receive no harm.

Then.....State......We ask that all you have petitioned for be sealed in the most Wholly name of the Trimorphic
Protennoia Sophia…

I know it seems like it is a lot but really it shouldn’t take any more than 5 minutes – for the first few times do it while you
are in the designated spot or work place, etc....facilitate petitions in the space you will be in.....then when you get
stronger and feel more comfortable you can do it from home or driving into work…or to designated area but
remember to do it each morning...

The Importance of Honoring the Ancestors
Ancestor worship requires no initiation, no conversion, and no expense. It is something everyone can do. It
is a powerful tool for making positive and discernible changes in our lives. It is equally effective in providing
us with the awareness that life is not a single, accidental event but a continuing process that offers endless
possibilities and pleasures.

Our ancestors have unfinished work. It would be good for all of us to help the ancestors complete their
missions. Clean up the bloodlines. Our vices or positives are our ancestor's expression through us.
Ancestors are no longer dead people. They are individuals who no longer require the physical experience or
expression and have become ancestors. Mediums talk to dead people. That dead energy is downloaded
into their blood and yours. Ancestors are living breathing energy. Harnessing the energy of our ancestors is
a good idea. If you go back far enough it's one pool of collective energy. Harness this energy for a big
project and everything connected to you. Don't let a small image of yourself limit your work. Ask "let me see
bigger, as much as I can hold." We each have our Sphere of Influence, those we serve and those who are
part of our Contract. Harness this ancestral energy for your entire Sphere of Influence. Give ancestors what
they want. Make offerings to them. Help them complete their unfinished missions on earth and ask them to
help the whole bloodline evolve.

ANCESTRAL RESTORATION
We call upon the Holy Trinity and ask for the illumination of the Souls of all my ancestors, starting first with
those whose blood runs through my veins…and then beyond all the way back to the Collective Pool…may All
be uplifted and liberated immediately, releasing them from the negative vestiges of servitude to Lucifer &
Ahriman.

May the ‘dead’ be made consciously aware and ‘See/Feel/Know’ the Living Light which infuses and
permeates ALL.  May their Hearts and Souls be open to receive the music of the Spheres and may our
prayers and petitions create a bridge for this to occur.  For it is through the Power, Love and the Mercy of
the Holy Trinity that all Souls are and will be Restored.

We offer prayer and protection by Way of the Trinity and All who stand in the Light of the Christ/Ifa/Tribal
Indigenous perfection, for those ancestral souls that are in darkness, forgotten, or lost.  Let the Living Light
we petition for on their behalf, Eclipse the shadows of fear and guide them to Source.

We respectfully ask that the Light of the Trinity shine into any and ALL negativity and darkness surrounding
this situation. We ask that any and all negativity/darkness dissolve in the Light of Love and be reborn in
balance.

Let today be the beginning of a continual healing process for ALL Generational-ancestral bloodlines.  We
petition the karmic board for the highest Clear and Release possible for all blocks,
negativity and genetic energy patterns held within, steadily healing/releasing each being to the highest level
possible including myself day-by-day.

you that the White Light of the (W)Holy Spirit surround and protect me

absorbed and dissolved by the White Light of the Christos, causing no
harm to myself or that of another. Let nothing but the Love of the

What is the best way to start praying?
To begin praying, choose a practice that matches your temperament ...
Extroverted, results-oriented people often pray for specific outcomes, such as
make my heart disease better ... or regulate my blood sugar. Introverted,
inner-directed people are often reluctant to dictate an outcome. Instead, they
are typically more comfortable with an accepting approach, such as let thy will
be done ... or may the best thing happen.

Is there an ideal time or place for prayer? Concentration contributes to
effective prayer. If you're thinking about what to make for dinner, you're not
praying. That is why many people who pray set aside a time of day when they
will not be disturbed. They also tend to pray in a quiet place, such as a church
or synagogue, a special corner of the house or in a park.

While these rituals aren't necessary for effective prayer, they may benefit your
own health. Getting quiet and praying for yourself or another person is a highly
effective way to induce healthy physiological changes that scientists refer to
as the "relaxation response". This occurs when blood pressure falls, heart
rate drops and the body requires less oxygen.

Does anything inhibit the effectiveness of prayer? There's no formula that
dictates a "best" or "only" way. If you're sincere, it's hard to pray incorrectly.
Prayer/meditations: will calm the undisciplined mind of the West. This will
help to alleviate the thoughts of separation, which run rampant in the Western
Mind. Appropriate prayer and meditation for the West, brings an
undisciplined mind to stillness. Stillness can be achieved while actively
participating in your Life. For it is in stillness where we commune with source
— silence is where the Soul does reside.

The Law of One
The Law of One is the original law of creation. All other laws, whether civil, religious, or social etc., in all
dimensions, come from it. When you use the Law of One, it overrides all other lesser laws.
As soon as any beings hear "We are all ONE", they become very still and quiet, for this information is
encoded in the DNA of everything that has ever been created in any dimension or plane. They start to
remember.
When you say "When one is harmed all are harmed", the good ones agree and the dark ones are relieved
that you are not going to harm them.
When you say "When one is helped all are helped", the good ones agree and the dark ones are glad that
you are going to help them.
When you say the rest of it, they all automatically go into whatever realm or vibration they need to be in for
the highest good of all concerned.

May our speaker,  ______ journey safely in soul and in body, to instruct us and to honor us
with study, learning, sacred and diligent path. May the Great Mystery carry him/her safely
through all realms of the Cosmos and for the sake of all beings and all of creation.  May we

May the Great Mystery offer us whatever new instruments of prayer, of community, of life,  
which we need...to stand as one.

May All of the trees, plants stand with us, breathing, shading, growing in a cycle of life beside us.

All of the animals of the area: the hawk, eagle, bear, deer, badger, songbirds, squirrels,
raccoons, coyote, Mexican wolves, tortoise, mice, snakes and insects stand
in the great Mystery as our kin, and we theirs.

We call on our sacred Elders from all peoples of all Time to guide us, to support us and to bless
us in our endeavors during these days here in ceremony and gathering,  and always.

We call on the original peoples of this area to offer us sanctuary in their spirit, to allow us our
study and practice in what was and is always their home, within the Great Mystery.

We call on all peoples everywhere to join us in the circles (Scared Hoop) of the Great Mystery,
of faith, of prayer, of ceremony, of abiding love, of our offerings to the Great Mystery as we
stand beside one another, here, now.
